And we keep bringing you more of the exclusive joints… this time with Canadian golf clothier Quagmire Golf and its founders Geoff Tait and Bobby Pasternak. The creators of Quagmire love to live life to the fullest and realized early on that golf shops really offered very little in terms of what young people want to wear. Hence the brand was born and has grown nicely since its beginnings over 5 years ago. They now have a nice stable of young PGA/LPGA players donning the threads. This golf company is about fun, fun, and more fun all the time! Geoff was kind enough to sit down and give us his Four Essentials — a few things he cannot live without.

My Blackberry: (Hey look! It’s Arnold Palmer) I only talk when I really have to, but I text a lot. I have tried other phones, but I come back to my Blackberry. I use it for tweeting, sending out fun pictures, checking email. We are on the road all the time now promoting the Spring 2012 Arnie collection and with my phone, I grab all those great shots, like us with Arnie, or never miss a work email, even when checking them while chilling with a brewsky.
Ballwasher Shorts: Best shorts I’ve ever had. I wear them because the beer chicks at golf tournaments totally love them. They’re part of our 2011 Quagmire collection and come in black, grey and navy. I wear these shorts to work, to play golf and to the bar. They’re not a plaid; they’re a check. They wash really well and don’t wrinkle – so nice when you are traveling as much as we do.
Coors Light: We make changing-color shirts and the Coors Light Cold Certified bottles change colors. We make shirts in Canada for Coors Light with their logo that changes colors. You can’t beat a beer that is great business for us and good to drink while I sit around and work on designs. Our Coors Light Beer Fridge stays pretty well stocked.
My Converse: I usually only wear canvas Chuck Taylors, except this one pair that are actually Jack Purcell Converse. I have about 10 pairs, but stick to my three pairs of black and white. If I am not wearing flip flops, I am wearing Converse. I wear my Converse with everything, even suits.
